Kindly take the tooltips with a pinch of salt. Both swords are exactly the same speed when swung, in the same kind of way that having normal defence UVs does in fact make a difference on a piece of Ancient Plate.
Although I would like to add that Gran Faust's charge time is nearly double that of Divine Avenger, for some reason.
