I recently noticed that the last floor for the mission "in cold blood" is pretty much a reskin of the aurora isles: the low gardens. I was thinking that it would be a good idea for there to be a unique floor for the mission.

maybe...
a few different themed rooms where you find the different lizards? like a grass filled room for the normal and poison chromalisks, a charred and firey room for the fire chromas, and a few rooms with all of them mixed together. maybe each of the rooms could have a key, and you need to get all the keys to get to the room with the other knights, kind of like the royal jelly palace. then there should be that one last fight room, like the one we have now, but that's just what I think

(almost) All missions are reskinned regular levels with very few tweaks -usually an NPC or scenario room.
Why would this one be any special?
