Hi, my name is Kneller, and I'm in the market for a guild. I would like to find one that screens players and avoids any reckless kamikazes. For example, in my last guild, one of my own guildies charged a room (that could have easily been kited), got himself killed, and then cussed me out when I didn't drop everything (and put myself at risk) to save his worthless butt. A guild that develops team tactics would be great. At the very least, I'd like to find a guild that has better players than what I'd get from a random party (though they can be good for laughs). Generally speaking, I try to finish levels without even taking a hit. This has been much easier to do solo than with a party.
I'm also a pretty sociable guy, so it would be nice if the guild had a social element to it as well. If I see a guildie in public, I tend to at least drop a "what's happening" and try to chat a bit. I'm also at a point where I can sustain my CE habit with RJP runs (though I usually quit after the first floor to be safe). That being said, I generally have no problem helping lower level players on missions and whatnot, and doing so on my own tab.
I don't care about a fancy guild hall. My favorite hall I ever saw was just the starter room, no wings or anything. If it is fancy, whatever. Most of it is a waste of crowns to me, though. I don't need an AH in the GH, everyone goes to the town square anyway. I see a lot of guilds where blinging out the GH seems to be a top priority. Like I said, if you're guild does, then whatever, but I just want a place that encourages people to be better players.
How about a list of things you might not like about me? Hey, nobody's perfect.
1) I occasionally have slight problems with language. I don't swear at people, though, just at "life" in general. I'm polite to fellow players, the only exceptions being the beggars and hustlers. Those jackwagons, I heckle mercilessly. :P
2) I suck at PvP. If you want to beat another guild in PvP, have me join their guild and put me on their team. I'd like to get better at it, but my current skill level is somewhere between "WTF!?" and "pretty useless".
3) I'm only T2 currently. My current setup is a mix of 2-3* gear. At the rate I'm going, it's going to take a lot of RJP runs to get to 4-5*.

1. ECHO of silence very friendly active and just a pleasure
2. KNOWN as the almight jempire some would say best guild in game others will say .... well lol i dont wanna say this on forums
3.night watch they seen kinda active and cool people
4. aternus immortalis ( did i spell that right ? ;D ) fun people active and awsome
5. perfected a guild that merged ( lockdown aces and celestial vanguards) very gud at LD never saw them lose a single match and i say about 75% of them are T2
