Sometimes the enemies ignore invicibility frames.

It happens if you're charging a bomb. Stop using bombs, OOO doesn't want you to.

I use invincibility frames quite a lot and I haven't noticed this. Which monsters in particular? And how do you know two monsters have hit you?
