Ok so the idea i am proposing is a weaponry fusion to make killing more interesting and the game more fun. The purpose of this idea is to break down barriers some dont like and build ones players have never thought of. It would be a machine like the alchemy vendor that fuses weapons together. The requirements for this process would be the weapons would have to be same category, what i mean by that is guns with guns bombs with bombs swords with swords(cant have things gettting out of hand now can we). there would be two sections one labeled body the other labeled ammo the body would be obviously the core figure of the weapon of your choice and the ammo would be the output of this weapon( what the weapon would shoot basically). Once fused the weapon can not achieve next star level so the path is blocked basically because there is no path. The cost of this would be double the alchemic cost for an upgrade so if something requires 1000 cr and 200 ce the fusion cost would be 2000 cr and 400 ce. So im predicting lvl 5 fusion would easily become popular.
Now your problaby still wondering okay yada yada yada still whats the point. As i stated it earlier it would break down barriers, barriers such as the autoguns immobility and antigua not so wide firing range. Well what if you were to put these two awesome weapons togethor.The speed and wide range of a autogun and the reach plus mobility not menton of a antigua would well equal a pretty deadly weapon. That i believe would easily become the most popular weapon like the wolver path in spiralknights in the line of armor. Not only would Break down weapon disabilities it would bring advantages in the damage range. like come on how many wouldnt want a chaos fire weapon, pretty cool right although some wouldnt like this idea cause they can easily be debated it takes the meaning and point of the weapons and problaby say its as stupid as dual wielding, because it would present no challenge but hey thats just my opinon.
Now to another area that most be covered the charge attacks for weapons with no special attack like calibur. They should be presented with an area attack that although when hit with from a distance would present no major damage. But would still inflict some damage(im thinking about a 4 of the damage when hit directly with the weapon) and the sole purpose of this charge attack would be knockback, because i just feel the shields are not cutting it. Theres been far too many times when i was on a misson or a run and i get ganged up on because everyone else is down and try to shield bump but they just break it and then i die. Some will just say well dude you just suck not the games fault i just want to be presented with a better chance at least of surving but hey thats just my opinion. Now back to the subject at hand the charge of attack of the weapons that dont really do anything like calibur would preent an area attack. What i mean by that is the attack would be dished out in squares around the player the number of squares would depend on star level so it be somewhat force push related. weapons like the ummmm well i forgot its a really thin fencing like rapier looking blade. well the charge attack of that would be dished out in rapid slashes air cuts basically. in that direction instead of a rapid piercing attack but hey thats just my opinion. please comment and like the people say if you dont have anything good to say dont say it all please message if i missed anything to drasaun@gmail.comfor abetter presention of presenting an idea.
