So, I've finally found that you can buy Crystal Energy with Cellphone, but now i've ran though that you can only buy 21 CE per SMS? How's that? I need 1,000 CE.
I've seen other countries and they have option to buy 800, 1000, etc.
Any idea?

Each phone company wants a part of a transaction, a sort of tax. So it depends on them. Boku is also involved.
And obviously, if you aren't on the US, currency conversion and such might be against you.
Buying by phone is the easiest but worst option, sadly. So yes, you need a credit card.
