First off, let me introduce myself. I am OptimumVelocity, and about four days old, enough of that. I have a question about the trade market for CE, how exactly do you buy the energy? I mean I have enough crowns, and I just don't see a strait forward "Buy" button, and I don't want to make an offer, I want to buy from one, or sell from one.

You need to click "Get #### crowns!" or "Get 100 CE now!" in the energy market. This can be done by simply clicking on your energy bar and CE bar. Go to trade and click something.
Just because something doesn't say buy doesn't mean that you can't buy it straight.

You don't.
You post an offer that will get it up there. The market shows the top 5 best offers and in the trade, it shows the first best offers.
