Poor Heavy Deconstructor
The deconstructor line is the most unloved weapon line there is. Not only does it not have a 5 star form, when upgrading from 3* to 4* it's appearance is COMPLETELY UNCHANGED, it's blast animation is COMPLETELY UNCHANGED, and it only gains half a square on either side of it's radius when upgrading.
Those might be older problems. But if OOO balances ANYTHING before Mad Bomber I'm gonna kill someone.
