Son-Of-Hades

Created on August 30, 2011, Dark Guardians is one of the older guilds in Spiral Knights. We've toppled Granny Vanny countless times, triumphed in epic matches of Guild Lockdown, hosted awesome contests, and established ourselves in the SK community as a bunch of dirty-minded weirdos. After facing the deadly diseases of inactivity and laziness, Dark Guardians has decided to stop being fat potatoes and begin recruiting again!

Following the guidelines of the past, Dark Guardians will once again be a T3 guild, open to both PvP and PvE players, though many of us predominantly enjoy Lockdown. We are searching for active, mature members that just want to relax and have a good time, regardless of how much money you have or how skillful you are.

-FSC/SL/Danger Mission/Recipe/Marathon runs are done daily

Hey, I am a long time player, back from an extended (1 and a half year) break. I have been soloing vana since the game released, before we had blitz easy mode. Of course, we had zombie bumping easy mode, so...

PvP. For most of my SK "career," I have played PvE. Really, that is what made me quit in the first place, there wasn't much left to challenge me. I hardly even tried LD. Well, since I came back, I have been focusing almost completely on LD, except for some crown grinding and weapon crafting/heating. I definitely want LD to be my focus, and the focus of any guild I join. To give you an idea of where I am at, I have full skolver, vog, DA, GF, FF, polaris, valiance, all the alchemers, warmaster hammer, plenty of other miscellaneous 5* items. I also have an ash tail set waiting to be crafted into snarbolax set, if I ever feel like spending 1800 CE for it. I don't use bombs at all, although I have a shivermist (which I got before it got nerfed).

Snarbo (I came back briefly when they released shadow lairs, and quit again after beating that one)

Erm, i started playing in December 2011, then took a 6-month break, and have been playing since July 2012, otherwise total gametime right now is about 30+ days

If it's the term break, pretty much everyday, otherwise 10 hours a week on school weeks

To be honest, I like both but I'm more of a PvE person, but I do enjoy Lockdown for the fun of it, even though I'm a bit rusty. Best gear is Final Flourish, Gran Faust, and Valiance (although I have a Gigawatt Pulsar, I don't like it much, too easy to use)
