Hello everyone, now that I've got Spiral Knights running again, I can officially sell my Black Kat Cowl. However, I'm not interested in SK items. If possible, I'd like a Low Tier Unusual Hat in TF2. I will unbind the Cowl myself, but feel free to offer away. My steam is DarkAssassinXer and the name should pop up as ~PhoenixVampireOfTheSanzu~

You wont get a low tier TF2

You wont get a low tier TF2 Unusual for the price, especially for a Kat hat. To get an idea a low tier TF2 Unusual is about 1-2 buds, bud are 20+ keys, keys on here sell for 1500 CE each. Kat hat is worth no where near that much, unless it has a good UV on it.

Black kat cowls with no UV or a less popular UV have been selling for around 15kce lately, which is about 12-13 keys.

obamaphone was selling uv'd ones for 14kce so 10 keys for this should be about right
