For any recipe you want to find, just go to that item's wiki page, and it will tell you where to find the recipe.

There's nothing to "discuss". Only Arcade Basil sells them and is random (considering each tier).
The other option is finding a player re-selling those.

This thread is pretty much over. People can still post if they want, but all of the information is here already for people to find those recipes.
Basil in arcade lobbies and terminals is where to find them.
T1= 1-3*
T2= 2-4*
T3= 3-5*
Maybe post exactly where you got a recipe to upgrade a Token-bought boss reward?

Any gate will do, as long as you're in the right tier. Chances will always be the same.
In the arcade. At Basil. T1 Basil has 1* to 3* recipes, T2 Basil has 2* to 4* recipes, T3 Basil has 3* to 5* recipes.
