It's incredibly pointless, but noticeable. There aren't much uses for this, but the physics involved could help us understand how the electron vortex was created out of gremlin tech. If enough wrench wands were forced into one small area and infused with electricity, the effect could be similar to the e- vortex. That or someone on the dev team failed trigonometry.

It was pretty funny.
I bought a wrench wand recipe immediately after, haven't crafted it yet, though.

Wait wuh? I didn't know people didn't know about this... Oh well, I use this charge to smack them leaping thingies as they are jumping (T3 sometimes). If I had weapon slots, I'd definitely bring a wrench wand, never know when you need to move things to the left...
