*and so he dreams again...
this time his sight is bit more clear.. he sees the red lights.. the giant mechanised gears spining around.. strange sounds are heard too, it seams like panic is around the place. he sees shadows runing from him. he tries to reach them but he cant.. sudenly a light behind him apears again and as it consumes him the panicking noise grows louder and louder.
in a second he wakes up breathing fast and notices people running past his room. screams are heard and he hears a voice talking outside: "all passengers are to IMMEDIATELY evacuate. head towards the great hall and transport to the escape pods. the ships engine are acting strange and we canot control them anymore. we are crashing on nerby planet. i repeat, head towards escape pods right now!"
he jumps from the bed and looks outside. and as more knight runs past his room the woman appears again. "Tear!" she yells.. "what are you still doing here, hurry up and get to the escape pods. i just saw Soul and Nag runing there as well. grab what you need and go!" Tear carefully looks at her eyes saying "but mother.. arent you coming? lets go togeder". "no" she said.. like she had something heavy in her heart "i have to go back and find your father. i cant leave him..".
the knight quickly tries to argue "but mother we cant j..." and as the huge chunk of metal falls from sealing the woman quickly notices that and pushes the knight back, saveing him. the place around it begins to burn as the huge amounts of steam are entering the hallway. "MOTHER!" screams the knight, "mot.." "cough" "cough"... the woman speeks for the last time "go Tear find the others. i will find your father and find another way around" after that she runs back..
seeing that he cant do anything about it he quickly returns to his room, grabs the stun gun Nag gave him earlier and runs towards the elevator that was full of passengers. there was no room. "damet" he thought. now what is he ment to do.. the elevator wont be back so fast he needs to get out of there.. he notices the air vents close to the elevator... "unless... ah damet i will regret this.." he grabs the stungun and shots the bolts on the vent and opens it up. the gun flew away after his first shot.. he is still in-experienced after all...
he grabs the gun and jumps in the vent. he slides down the vent and after half minute of falling he hits the opening vent on the other side breaking it and jumping out.. that had to hurt.. as he slowly gets up talking to himself "yeah im definitly not trying that again". he shakes his head for a little and notices he is in great hall... as the elevator door opens the crowd rushes out, the floor of the great hall now had holes, people entered there in hurry. he quickly looked trough the window only to see the nerby plannet getting bigger and bigger. "TEAR!!" someone calls him. he turns around and Soul apears behind runing towards him. she hugs him saying "oh goodness im so happy to see you" Tears face turns red as the soul snaps out of it and pretending like nothing happend.. "where is Nag" she asked.
"im not sure i thought he was whit you the whole time".. "he was" says Soul "but just when everything started happening he left in hurry saying he has to take something, i though he left to find you".. Tear thinks for the moment and then says "the hetchet...".."what?" aks soul in confusion. "what is that?"
Tear loses himself in thoughts for the moment the quickly explains.. "am.. look Nag took some wapons from training hall today when the alpha was giving us lessons. he gave me this" he puls the stun gun and accidently shots a bullet next to souls foot "AHHH! watch where you point that!!" screems Soul.. "SORRY! :( i think he left to get a sword. he said he hidden it somewhere..."
"HEY guys!!" Nag apears whit huge sword on his back. Tear asumes that was hetchet. "damet what do you think you are doing" asks him Soul whit almost angry voice. "borrowing things. dont you see the ship is crashing who will need them when they are broken anyway"
a voice is heard from afar. now the hall is nearly empty, and one man in armor aproaches them. what do you think you are doing. we are going to crash. get inside the escape pods.
they quickly folow him to one of holes. Soul enters one asking "what is this? i never seed this before". "thise are escape pods" explains the man "we placed them in hall like this so people can evacuate quickly and.. hey what is that. YOU cant carry weapon like that boy!" and as he tries to grab sword from Nags back he jumps into the pod whit soul. Tear tries to enter the pod as well but in that moment the cracks are being heard. coming from the windows.. they are breaking up! the ship is now too close to the planet and the windows canot take presure. "oh my god..." says the man and as the windows cracked and broke the strong wind fills the place. the pod in witch Soul and Nag where closes and they decapear beneath the floor... Tear unable to hold to anything was sent flying all over the hall along whit the knight helping them and several others that werent able to escape on time. he hits the wall and his view gets blur... few moments leater he opens his eyes again only to see once great ship Skylark crashing down the unknown planet.. and him flying outside it... he is flying trough the clouds... and as he starts to accept that he wont survive the fall.. he closes his eyes again compleatly forgetting whats going on... he dreamed again...

he saw a person.. lying in the floor.. he aproached it... it was breathing heavily... he tried to toch it.. and while everything around it was dark... a light a peared behind him once more.. "NO!"
everything went white... a calm voice was heard.. "your journey is not over yet.. feel your fingers... take deep breath.. good... now take another... wake up..."
our knight opens his eyes.. he sits on grass.. looks around... he sees the flowers and a river... everything looks so nice...
"where am i?"

*he stands up and looks around.. "what the hell is going on?" says the Tear in confusion "am i... dead?"
he starts to look around. he was standing on the grass field, there where some flowers around and a strange looking trees. there was a river close by. he went closer and looked into the water.. he seen his face.. he looked around again thinking.. did he really survive that fall.. he looked in the sky... and suddenly he saw strange stars falling down the sky.. "wait a minute..." he said "those are escape pods!" and indeed they where. little things scattered all over the place.. now more of them started to appear, soon the sky was full of them. but skylark was still out of sight. most likely because of huge clouds.
"mother.." he said "Soul... they could be anywhere.. damet what am i supposed to do now..."
upon saying that he heard a strange static and noise behind him. he turned around and saw something in grass. then he approached it he saw his stun gun in grass along whit something else. there where strange voices and static coming from the device. "echo communicator? but.." he spoke as he picked it up "how did it get here...?" the device looked like few simple wires put down together, whit few buttons and something that looked like little hook. he placed it close to his ear, he seen that before, his father told him how to use it long time ago. the signal was very week but in background he heard some messages... "to all c**shed an* t**se th** escape*, we ar* regrou***g (static)..." he could barely understand what that ment.. he picked up his gun and as he started thinking about what happened and the voice he heard after the accident... he heard new voice coming from his communicator. "is anyone there? this is recon knight Rhendon. can anyone hear me??". Tear quickly pushes the button and starts talking trying to reach the other person via the device.. "Rhendon? my name is Tear what is happening?" he quickly gets a respond "ah thank god, my escape pod landed next to one river. you must be close by sense your signal is very strong. i didnt see another escape pod tho. listen we have to meet up and search for the others. grab the weapons and armor. they should be in your escape pod. there might be hostiles around this place".
but Tear had no escape pod.. he tried to explain that. "sit im sorry but there is no escape pod next to me.."... "what do you mean?" asked Rhendon in confusion "how did you get down here without one? and where did you get the communicator then?"
Tear tried to explain "im sorry sir.. i dont know what happened something strange is going on. i was on Skylark as it was crashing but then i simply appeared here whit this device.."
"thats really strange.." said the voice on the other side "do you have some weapons whit you at least? listen the signal is getting weaker, find a nearby river and follow it. me and my pod should be close. i will try to establish a communication with others so we can find the rally point. take care"
and as the channel shuts down, Tear looks in the sky thinking.. "this might as well be fun :)"

he goes down the river and follows it. as he walked nothing new happened. he saw some strange birds flying around and more escape pods falling far away from him. eventually he came across something that looked like pipes.. he didnt pay too much atencion to them but then a strange noise was heard from them. he stoped for the moment and came closer to inspect. something like wind was heard from the pipes.. strange noise that reminded of metal being hit by other.. it was strange to see something like this in the nature, and as he was about to continue following the river, the noise suddenly became loud and a broken mechanical hand appeared from pipe trying to grab him! he jumped backwards and fell down. guess the thing scared him. he quickly stood up and grabbed his gun pointing it at the thing.. he felt nervous.. and he slowly watched as the hand grabs the top of the pipe.. and puling itself out.. soome some sort of.. mechanical robot appeared.. it looked so strange, and creepy. its body was made from some metal parts, it had strange hand and other one wasnt there.. in other words it seamed to be some sort of mechanical zombie..
it slowly started walking towards it and steering whit its 3 green dot-eyes.. "stay back!" said the Tear hopeing he will stop "stay back!!!" but the thing dint stop. Tear started shaking now.. in his fear he shot a bullet and he hits one of robots eyes. the glass broke and the creature made a angry noise it quickly used its hand and attacked tear, and knocked him out. his gun flew away from his hand. just when it was about to attack again he jumped away and grabbed his gun again. he started shooting and fired couple bullets hitting its leg arm and body. the creature collapsed on the ground but it wasnt dead yet.. it still made angry noises and was even more furious. he tried shooting again but instead of firing bullets a gun opened somehow.. he looked it wondering whats going on and still heavily breathing from what just happened. few seconds leather gun closed and the bullet was fired. giving a final blow to the mechanical abomination. creature shut down and didnt move anymore.. "i guess thats how this things cool themselves down.." said Tear while trying to recover. few moments leather he continue following the river in hurry, he didnt want more of those to come out..
the sky slowly turned darker and darker as he walked. and pods stooped roping long time ago. still there was no sight of Skylark.. maybe he didnt see it..
soon he sees something in short distance.. a red-grey colored object.. "this must be Rhendons escape pod.." he started running towards it and as he approached he suddenly saw bullets being fired at him! lucky for him he menaged to hide behind the rock. "who is there?" said the voice... "its me, Tear!" said tear while waveing whit his hand behind the rock. "Tear? oh dear.. im sorry i thought it was another hostile. come out, are you alright? did i hit you?"
"no" said tear while getting up "im fine"
"huh.. you got me worried for the moment.. Recon knight- Rhendon, pleasant to meet you" said the knight while shakeing hands whit Tear. "its good to see someone lol". Tear took a look around the place. the escape pod was quite damaged from the fall and there was scattered equipment around the place. "i just had a word whit lieutenant Feron, he was one of capitans aboard skylark they landed far away. it seams also that the surviving knights are gathering in a Rescue camp not so far away from here. we should go there and prepare for the night." said Rhendon. he had a white-red armor on him and bunch of devices around it. he looked cool to say the last.
"alright so when are we setting off sir?" asked Tear. "right now, we have no time to lose. but tell me how the hell did you survive the fall.."
tear thought again and sadly answered "i dont know sir.. i really dont know.."
"alright then" said the knight. "take a look at escape pod, you should find a proto armor inside. and some equipment, grab a shield and the wapon and lets go"
Tear went to check the pod and soon noticed a green suit and a gun and shield inside. he took the armor but as soon as he toched it it decapaired.. "um.. sir? the armor vanished" said Tear. Rhendon said "oh dont worry about it. thats how proto armor works, as soon as user touches it it will make users suit stronger. in other words the armor is already on you, you just didnt notice it. now grab those weapons.". "alright" said tear wondering what happened.. in the pod he only saw the gun and the shield. he was curious to see how the other gun works. it was green colored and similar to the stun gun he had. he took it and they left.
as they walked the night was falling down.. but there was no sight of hostiles. "we should hurry the camps seams to be a little further." said Rhendon.
as they walked suddenly the grass started to desapear and the floor turned lifeless and metallic. the huge noise was heard... some kind of spinning gear and metal clashing one whit another. as they walked the path before them turned into long metal bridge.. and as they crossed the knight started talking.. "what in the heavens is this..." Tear looked at him and he looked scared, and surprised.. "what?" said tear and came closer to take a look. at the edge they looked down into a massive hole. the whole place was some sort of machine. HUGE gear peaces where spining around and even lighting could be seen down there. "wow..." said Tear. Rhendon said shocked from what he just saw "what in the world... this is incredible... aham.. stand back.. lets keep moving. i dont know what machinery is this but i dont want to fall down there. lets keep moving."
soon they crossed the bridge and after they climbed the hill they saw it. a little camp and other people getting there too. they arrived, it was the rescue camp.

"excellent" said Rhendon whit joy "we are here, and just in time too, the night is almost up." they went down there trying to reach the camp. Tear was more worried about his friends and family.. he was sure many wont return from what happened.. he just hopes his friends will be alright...
upon entering the camp they are greeted by a funny little knight. "greetings" said Rhendon "who is in charge of the champ i need to speak whit him immediately.". "i am... sir" said little knight nervously. "i apologize, and what is your name solder?" asked Rhendon while shaking hands whit knight. "Basco sir"
"so what is the situation?" asked recon knight.
"well, we havent been able to contact the others yet but it seams there are many other camps around the place. there are lots of hostiles, for now we can hold them off but we wont be able to do it whole night. there are strange machines around here as well, we are trying to figure how they work.. and another one, it looks like old elevator of some sort."
"hm.. if there are mechanisms like that there should be a power source, have you found it perhaps?"
"no sir, but one elevator close by, just like one i told you about, still seams to work. we havent sent anyone there yet it might be too dangerous."
"alright, thank you Basco"
Rhendon looked into the sky for the moment.. then turned towards Tear who was looking around the place, watching other knights preparing for the night.
"Tear, care to help me out whit something?". Tear quickly turned around and said "sure.. what do you have in mind?". "Basco" said Rhendon "would you mind leading us to the still working elevator you told me about?". Basco, who was about to leave and help others prepare camp for the night answered "S.. sure sir. this way"
as they where walking trough champ towards the machine Rhendon started asking questions.. "so Tear" he said "i assume you are the new generation of spiral knights? you where supposed to begin working for spiral knights HQ soon right?"
Tear looked at him... he was worried again.. "yes, before all this happened.." "is something worrying you?" asked Rhendon.
"well.. before all this happened i was about to enter a escape pod whit my friends.. but the glass broke and i was blown away somehow.. next thing i remember i was down here. trying to reach you.. im worried about my friends. they could be anywhere.."
"hm.. i see, dont worry im sure they will be fine. maybe they will arrive at this camp. what are their names?"
"a long haired girl called Soul and tall green guy named Nag." answered Tear. soon they arrived to the strange looking elevator. there was another knight close to it, yellow colored in some strange armor. "here we are sir.." said Basco.
"thank you Basco, you may go." said Rhendon. the funny little knight left back. "and who could you be?" he asked the yellow knight standing close to the elevator. the knight approached saying "Sky sir, pleasant to meet you. i heard there are strange things down there so i waited here for someone to show up.. they didnt let me go there but i figured its important somehow. so are we going down? are we? ARE WE?"
Rhendon and Tear looked at him surprised. he was strange indeed... then Tear asked "wait sir what was exactly that you want me to do..."
Rhendon looked him whit strange look in his eyes.. "i ment to take you whit me and explore this place. but aperently someone was waiting for us. listen Tear as we where walking here my sensors picked up a power signal beneath us. im sure this elevator will take you to the power source. i need you to activate it if posible and see what down there is. now sence you have new partner i wont come along. keep your communicator on so we can stay in contact.". Tear was rather shocked and Sky was jumping around saying "yahoo! finally i get to see whats down there." "are you sure sir? there are others that can do it i mean... im not scared to go but..." said Tear. hell he was scared alright.. Rhendon looked at him saying "dont worry about it, i saw it the moment we meet, you are ready for this.. i just know it. BESIDE that gun of yours.. im sure its not there for no reason." seeing he has no choice Tear accepted the task whit smile. "great, i will heed back to champ and see how i can help them. you and Sky go down there and see what you can find. goodluck" soon they parted away and the next moment Tear and his new... friend? where going down the elevator. "you seam very exited" smiled Tear as the yellow knight looked around the place jumping.. "YES!" he answered loudly "i always wanted to blow things up :D now is my chanse!". Tear got lost in thoughts and for the moment realised what he said. "wait what? blow things up? o.O?". "yaaaa :3" said Sky and puled something out.. "chek this!" Tear didnt saw it clearly but the elevator was slowing down.. and then he realised he actually had a BOMB in his hand! it was blue-white colored and it was glowing stronger and stronger.. "what are you doing? there is no place to throw that thing.. stop it!" said Tear. Sky wasnt even listening.. he has a strange grin on his face. and lucky for them, the elevator nearly stooped, as the opening appeared Sky throw the bomb in there witch blasted nearly a second after he done that. a loud noise was heard and the blast looked strange. like he had a face or something.. Tear after realising what happened asked.."where the hell did you learn to do that... you could have killed us...". Sky stared laughing and said "^^ my father was bomb expert. i learned that from him.. OO common lets go, i hope we find something interesting" and then he jumped out of elevator. "man im i going to have fun whit this guy"... (glup) said Tear.

soon they found themselves in some sort of abandoned factory. everything was nearly dead. Sky was running around looking at things, while Tear was holding his 2 guns in his hands. the lace was very interesting... many old machinery. bodies of some sorts of robots and computers that where shut down. Tear had a strange feeling that something was watching them... "hey come and see this!!" said Sky loudly. "can you keep quiet for the moment, i meet some strange creature earlier today. i think there might be some here i dont want to wake them up." said Tear when he noticed pipes similar to ones he saw earlier. "OK ^^" Sky was pointing at a bunch of wires that where very huge and very deep... it was some sort of hole whit more spinning gears and wires. "what would happened if i..." Tear quickly turned around saying "ah damet Sky dont throw tha..." but it was too late. Sky drooped a bomb down there and soon it blew up. a echo if its blast was heard everywhere.. and for things to get worst Tear heard strange noise like the one he heard when he saw that robot.. "Sky" he said "you just made us a lot of problems.." and the noise became louder and louder.. "why?" he asked whit a grin "i dont see anything.". Tear started to look around pointing his guns randomly, and very soon the noise turned into something that sounded like screaming. they started crawling from pipes.. from edges of that hole and even came from the holes in floor... there where around 15 of them. those same creatures Tear meet before... "ah great.. see what you done? now we have to fight a while pack of this things. >< how do i keep getting myself in trouble". the creatures approached them.. slowly.. "dont worry about it ^^ this will be fun" and immediately after that Sky throw a bomb on those things. this time it was red.. "HEADS UP!" the bomb exploded and covered most of them in fire. Tear jumped away and menaged to doge couple of them. when he took a look he didnt see Sky anymore... "COME AND GETS SOME!" and there he was, dropping explosives on those robots. the place was a mess... and to make things even funnier their bits where flying all over the place.. "my god..." said Tear, he was amazed. then he quickly shaked his head for the moment and realised those robots are after him. he smiled for second... "hey leave something for me" his fear was gone. he took his 2 guns and started shooting. the creatures where slow... he walked back, step by step while shooting. most of the bullets missed the target.. he was still in-experienced tho. but he didnt care. the guns opened.. few seconds after they cooled down and he started shooting again.. one died.. second one fell.. "wooohoo!" Sky said "that was awesome!" and soon after, robots where no more. the sounds stooped and everything looked safe again. "man.." said Tear "you sure are crazy when it comes to bombs.. where did you get them anyway?". "hahahaha" laughed Sky "my father gave me some. he says this ones are more of a toys and i can play whit them." Tear almost yelled "TOYS? you just demolished a pack of crazy zombie robots! that is not a to... meh lets just continue." and they kept on walking.
"by the way" asked Sky "your gun can do something simular to my bomb." Tear turned around for the moment "what do you mean?". "try holding the trigger for a bit..." said Sky. "alright.." Tear took a green gun and pointed it randomly.. he held the trigger and noise was heard, the gun was powering up and then a loud "BOOM". a gun exploded.. Tear was sent flying and hit the wall while gun flew away and fell off the edge.. "wops" said Sky "i forgot to tell you to release it ^^". Tear stood up and scratched his head for the moment.. "well great now i lost my gun... whats next?". "sorry :( pretty much any gun or sword can be charged like that. basically when you shoote you release a small energy blast from it. hold the trigger and you will stack that energy up for a huge shot ^^ my bombs work the same :D".... Tear looked around asking "and where did you learn all that?.. actually never mind.." Sky didnt care what Tear just said and answered anyway "my father thought me ^^"
little later they reached the large room whit some sort of mechanical bunker in center of it. Sky, as you would have guessed started jumping around it. "whats this it looks awesome!". "i hope its nothing that will eat us up.." said Tear. "hey whats that button over there!" said sky and rushed to press it. "oh dear this wont go well.." said Tear while puling his other gun out. after he pressed it.. nothing happened. "awwwww" said Sky.. he was disappointed. few moments later a explosion was heard on top of the wall. "ARGH!!! whaaat... is thisssss" a strange snake voice was heard. and then a funny little rat like creature appeared. "what are you little creaturesssss doing here... sssskulking around, destroying my work??". Tear tried to apologize and say that they didnt mean to do any harm. they are just looking for a power source to help the others. and funny enough after he pushed button the electricity seamed do appear around the place.. more gears started moving.. "powerssssource? you creaturessss are nothing but trouble..." the little gizmo turned around and started to pres buttons on some control panel. he had a purple glasses of some sort and big boiler on his back. "now you little pesssts you die!"
and YEAH the bunker close to them opened its.. eye? and got itself covered whit a shield. a turrents on it activated and started shooting Tear and Sky. they hided behind the wall that was close. "next time" said Tear "DO NOT push random red buttons. dont you know those are bad for your health?". again the little gremlin said "ssstill alive? no mather..". "got any smart ideas now? we are cornered" asked Tear. "BLOWING IT UP? :D"
....
"ugh.. fine" and soon after that Sky throw another one of his toys on it. they bounced off shield and didnt really do much. "awwww... oh wait the shield is going down, hey charge that gun again :D". "and blow myself up? no tx this is only gun i got left.". the bunker stooped shooting for the moment and opened something that looked like its mouth.. it seamed like its cooling down for a moment it was shooting them for quite a while. "now Tear this is our chanse!" and he started throwing bombs on it. not very precise sense they bounced off the place.. Tear then took his gun and started chargeing it up.. "i will regret this.. again.." but soon he releaced a shot and something that looked like a yelow star flew and hit the bunkers mouth. a explosion was heard and, once more.. Tears gun flew away from his hand. the bunker started to blow up and soon it exploded into a hundred bits...
"what? how did you desssstroy it" said the gremlin... another explosion happened and now the machines and computers around the gremlin started to blow up.. he runned away saying "i will be back for you!!". now the power was back online and the place seamed to be fully operational. it looked like he was one stealing power from the place.. but what did he need it for?...
"well that was fun... in a weird way.." said Tear while he picked up his gun from the ground. Sky just smiled and laughed. "whats this.." said Tear. as he picked up a strange machine from the ground. it looked like a blue collared puzzle of some sort. it was quite large. and it was rapidly spinning around.. "huh i havent seen this before.. CAN I BLOW IT UP?". "NO, you cant blow everything up, wasnt all this enough..? huh.. lets go back to the elevator. i think we menaged to bring power back. common before something eats us.. maybe Rhendon knows what this could be."
and soon they where at the elevator... going back to the surface.
