On three of my friends accounts, they bought the Party packs, and for some reason, all three of them have not received any gift options in the UI. Nothing in the mail section about being about to send the gifts. Da faq? Come on guys. Support is not doing anything to help either. Anyone have similar issues or know how to remedy it?

Why would all 3 buy packs instead of just 1 or 3 single starter packs in the first place?

you have 4 SK players under one household? Thats rare. I met brothers duos and Brother/Sister player dynamic duos but never heard of a fabulous four.

If your using the same computer for 2 accounts or more, it might have anti-measures for buying CE packs.

And it might be that, but the payment went through, so they are kind of obligated to still allow it.
