This is a preliminary draft for what the chapters for Savage Cradle will be called, contain and placed in the document (When it is finally made).
The official Thread is over here |> http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/73936

And this is what the initial draft for chapters look like. I'll add what each chapter shall contain in a separate post, if necessary. (It probably is.)

{{Background
The whole story (okay, maybe not whole, but definitely most of the story) behind how the Spiral Knights went from Cradle to Isora and back again. Just so you know what the hell is going on.

{{Skills
Since we are going to basically build the entire Cradle again, except with Savage World rules, we might as well re-add all the Skills allowed in Savage Cradle. As well as telling what modifiers Spiral Knights get to their Skills.

{{Common Knowledges
Again, since we are building Cradle again, might as well show what Knowledges can exist in this crazy world.
This chapter would show what Knowledges are possible in this world. We aren't going to say what you are allowed and not allowed to be Knowledgeable in, rather, we are going to provide examples of what Knowledges are present in this world.

{{Edges
Since there are a lot of Edges in Savage Worlds, both compatible and incompatible with Savage Cradle, we're just going to add all the Edges again. From Background to Legendary.

{{Hindrances
Same premise as stated above.

{{Mechanics
All of this chapter will be devoted to telling how every piece of Gear functions and what rules it follows and what it does and how it does that.

Armour

  • Armor
Provides Armour, added to Toughness, and other beneficial and not-so-beneficial effects.
  • Helm
Performs the same job as armor.
  • Shield
Has its own Toughness (with Armor) that can take a set amount of wounds before it fails.
  • Trinket
You are able to wear a TBA amount of these things which can modify your attributes in many ways.

Weapons

  • Sword
Swords have three ways to attack: Normal Slashes; Combos (max combo length defined by their type); and charge attacks.
  • Gun
Functions like any other gun in Savage World, sans ammo needs. You still need to Reload though. Although you only need to do so if you fire their entire capacity within 1 round of each shot. They can also be charged.
  • Bomb
Bombs have their own template in which everything in that template gets blasted when their fuse goes off after X rounds. They can also afflict allies as well as foes with their special conditions.

Equipment

  • Vitapod
A small cylinder which seems to increase your Vigor by a set amount. This is part of your Vita (Explained further along). They are only available up to 6. Though we may give them special benefits later on (Even though that sounds like complete over-kill).
  • Vials
They come in all the flavours of the Status Effect rainbow and do their own, small, bit of damage on impact.
  • Capsules
Stuff like Status Clear and Medicine capsules. Take an action to use.
  • Mecha-Knights
Self-constructing kits which transform into pre-made friendly Constructs. Ready to kill your enemies! Or lift some heavy objects. One or the other. (May be customizable. MAY be.)

{{Miscellaneous Mechanics
All the other mechanics of Savage Cradle that don't fall that neatly into Armour or Weapons or Equipment.

  • Damage Type
This is how the Damage Types of Spiral Knight is translated into the world of Savage Cradle. This tells the trappings of each Type, and then tells you how Reistance and Weaknesses to each of the Damages come into play.
  • Status Effect
The myriad ways you can be taken off-guard and take others off-guard. Gets dealier the farther down the Tiers of the Clockworks you get.
  • Heat
How those glowing globules you pick up make your Gear better. And how much you need of them.
  • Vita
The vigour increasing Vitapods you pick up? And those Armours which provide Vita bonuses? Yeah, they have a hard limit of +6.
  • Tiers
This tells you how the farther you descend the Tiers, the tougher the Monsters become. And how.

{{Gear List

Provides the stats for the parameters of every piece of Armor, Helm, Trinket, Shield, Sword, Gun, Bomb, and what have you.

{{GM Section
All the things a GM needs to make a great adventure.

  • Plot Seeds
What can you use to make a campaign in the world of Savage Cradle? You don't know? Oh boy, do we have the answer for you!
  • Missions
The Elevators don't always go where you want them to. Sometimes they stop in the most strangest of depths.
Self-contained little sections of gameplay within the Clockworks. May be able to be integrated into a larger campaign. If you're up to the challenge of doing so.
  • Strata
What is a Tier? What is a Strata? What are the Sub-Towns? How is the Clockworks structured?
The answer to all of this (and some ideas of how levels can be structured) are right here.

And various other bits and pieces that compose a GM section.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/
{{Bestiary
A list of every enemy you'll every fight. In every Tier. With Mobs having various Status Effects to be balanced for. With tips on how they can be used. And I have to write them all. Damn my soul.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/
{{Allies
Same as the above. Except with fellow Knights! (and maybe Gremlins too.)
