No, this has nothing to do with the new UI...it's considerably more problematic.

A user contacted me out-of game earlier today, asking me to let him use my account so he can buy more CE than he's allowed to purchase per month. Naturally, the guy is a scammer (he wants my login info, but he doesn't trust me with his banking info), but the question is this -- how do I go about reporting him so that he doesn't pull this stunt with other users? >_>
