i dont know where to ask this or post this but i am looking for help so here i go

for a month now i have been playing spiral knights on steam because that is where i play all my games so i played it every day makeing more crowns and more stuff until one day it told me to sign in because i was useing my steam the old version logged you in for you now it dose not so i when to get a username recovery it gave me some numbers and other stuff but i dont know my password so i when to go get a password recovery so i used my username from the email i got it said its invalid so now i cant sign in and i want to use my knight Adamad i always enjoyed the game can anyone help me out here i will be really thankful?
