I bought energy about 3 days ago, and the test server opened up again today. It says that you can only get in if you have bought energy that's 9.95 or higher in the last 30 days. Is there something I am doing wrong? I did buy energy that was 9.95, and this was 3 days ago, so wouldn't that count for the last 30 days?

Yes, I have downloaded the preview server multiple times. It still won't let me in.

Silly questions, but they have to be asked.
So you bought the 3500 energy pack? Are you in a country where you use a different currency to USD? Are you logging in with the same account that the money was purchased on? Have you contacted support to see if they can confirm what you've spent?

Yeah, I know its a silly question. But yes, I have bought the pack, I am in the US, I am logging in with the same account I purchased the money for the pack, and I have not contacted support. But I can always check my account details via Steam to see my last purchase.
Have you downloaded the preview server?
