Am I supposed to not be able to move pickups between slots if there is no pickup in one of the slots?

Nuntis has obviously not used the new interface and tried to move items around yet. You are currently unable to move vials/pills to empty slots, hopefully this will be fixed as a great many people keep their pills in a certain spot.

You should still be able to drag one pickup to another slot, whether it's empty or filled. If it's filled, the items should swap, otherwise it'll just move.
Make sure your HUD isn't locked, though! Press Q to unlock it if that is the case.
