For this to work you will need about 40 mist (I'm not sure if it's 30, 40, or 50). Create a new character under a separate account. If you are free to play, the mist from that account will still be connected to your other account. Complete all the missions on your new account up to the mission where you arrive at haven. You will receive a mist tank. Use the mist tank and log back on to your main account. You will now have 100 mist.
