Most of the Auction House
Most of the Auction House prizes are around 250k - 350k. But it's hard to get someone to buy it at that price.
So, I'd like to start with 100k and see if I can get more, I'd like to sell it for atleast 250k.

Well, by all means go ahead and auction it if you want, but everyone's unboxing them as it is and there are bound to be people who are lowballing below AH prices. Personally, I'd try to sell for around 200k before the price goes down even more, but up to you.

Prices are only going down
Prices are only going down because people are in a rush to sell them when they get them, they arent being unboxed left and right like the regulars. By the time the even is over there will still be very few amounts of the 1-2% items and not long after prices on those items will shoot up because more players will be coming back for the sprite update/summer.

Considering the event has caused the value of Shadow/Divine/Prismatic accessories to drop drastically, I don't really see the point in trying to auction your Hat...might I recommend setting a b/o lower than usual AH price and advertising in game?
