Hi everyone.
Every event that Spiral knights has, has unique costume items that are added every year. For example, Halloween 2011 had the masks as a new addition, Haloween 2012 had the Jack Bombhead mask.
Why am I writing this?
Humbug hats were suggested during the Winterfest 2011 event, later, they appeared into the game with the Striped Scarves. (I don't know if the Scarves were suggested as well) Here is the topic about the Humbug hat: http://forums.spiralknights.com/es/node/36766
Okay now with the actual event:
How about a piece of costume armor that matches with the Prismatic Frosted Helm? It can be a reskined frosted jelly armor with confetti and such things like that. My friend Uruguacho suggested me that it can be a Wolver Coat as well. The name can be: "Prismatic Frosted Armor/Coat".
How to obtain the item?
Just make a mixture of Kataclysm and Winterfest, a rare type of Creep Cake that has a rare chance of appearing into the place of any regular Cake, if is it killed, it has a chance of dropping that item (Maybe 2%-5%?). Or just make it extremly rare but that always drop the item. The description of the item is up to the developers, I don't have any creativity.

- My friend Aureous suggested me that the item can be obtained by prize boxes (Maybe 1.5% - 2%), I think this idea it's better than mine.

We had rare monsters.
We had rare drops from rare monsters.
Please Vog don't give us rare drops from rare monsters that only spawn in rare scenario rooms. Only one person will have found one by 2017.
