laurel (is that so?) + party hat. both accessories of the same type.
Golden laurel is a side accessory, party hats are top. Not the same slot at all.
So what are we meant to be looking at?

Looks like you got yourself a doppelganger. I've seen gear clones of both armor, shield, and accessories, but never the name. Maybe OOO is trolling you.

From experience, I know all this does is kicks one client from the game and the second client logs in and takes control of the character wherever it was last.
So can you get double the crowns?
Even if that worked (having two accounts open at the same time...which it doesn't. I tried it a long time ago in the beta.) you'd lose mist energy twice as fast. This isn't the greatest of ideas. >.>
