I have a normal low+shadow low UV on an angelic raiment. Should I craft it into Heavenly Iron or Valkyrie?

I would use Heavenly iron for:
Sword attacks while fighting mixes of undeads and fiends, as well as on random levels where I don't know what I'm fighting.

I would use Valkyrie for:
Non-firey fiend levels, which are ripe with devilites.

Heavenly Iron seems to have more normal defense than does valkyrie, which means that it would benefit less from shadow defense. Valkyrie would benefit from it because it would help it to absorb devilite attacks better. Heavenly iron might be better off with it though? Which would be best and why?

And would it make a difference? Does anyone have trinkets that give normal+shadow low? If so, could they do some damage tests?

(Edit:1)

Both have quite the horrible downside of 50% weakness to either shock or fire. Heavenly Iron also incurs the issue of doing SL runs.
Heavenly Iron if you really want to use that armour, other options have less weaknesses (Snarbolax/Shadowsun/Deadshot/Skelly).

Low UVs barely make a difference to defense.

If it helps any- In terms of shadow defense on armor (not helmets) I currently have:

Deadshot Mantle (no uv)
Divine Mantle (Curse Med; Elemental Med)
Armor of the Fallen (Piercing med)
Radiant Silvermail (Shadow High)

and am currently in the process of crafting:

Skelly (4*) (piercing low; Freeze low; Poison high)
Snarbolax (3*) (Stun high)

I'm kinda just crafting niche armors for the sake of it at this point.... the weakness doesn't matter because I'm not going to bring them to levels where I get stuck fighting stuff that deals fire/shock that would kill me instantly. The shadow lairs aren't a problem for me either.

I basically see attacks as dealing 2 types of damage- normal+special and special. This would help me to stop normal+special attacks, but not so much special ones. Given that the attacks that deal normal+special deal half and half, a UV such as this would block both portions of the attack- it's basically a med bonus against melee attacks. But what I'm wondering, is whether or not it would benefit me more if it were placed on an armor with extra normal defense, or if it would benefit me more if it were placed on an armor with low shadow/normal values.

My 2 cents.

Not only are fiery levels common, Shock can largely be rendered harmless with good footwork and shielding. Go with Heavenly Iron. I've only ever seen Shock Devilites in the Arcade and even then only in passing.

I repeat myself:

The fire and shock resistances don't matter when you've got divine mantle, and could use that instead of valkyrie/heaveny iron.

Oh, and I crafted my skelly up to 5* :D
