Unlocked Gates

I was wondering if it would be a good idea to make those gates you 'unlocked' (I mean, you don't have to pay fees anymore, in T2 or T3) remain unlocked after they appear for a second time.

For example, Coral Sun Gate, you've done all T1 and T2 depths on this gate, which means you don't have to pay fees anymore, and after a few weeks it appears again.

Would it be good to have it unlocked again? without having to do those depths again? I think this idea would give end-game players one more reason to play arcade.

Hope you guys got the idea :)

But then after a month or so, you'd never have to pay for the arcade again...

I like this idea. It certainly would make arcade more appealing, not to mention keep people playing longer. that said, how would this effect everything else I wonder?
