Is the Shadowtech alchemer best for danger rooms because it Gremlins/Jellys are weak to it? Or because of no bounce on the T2 alchemer should I instead go for an autogun or blaster?
Preferred T2 Gun for T1 Danger Rooms?

Blaster is the most mobile
Blaster is the most mobile gun in the game, and it packs more overall damage than an Alchemer until you start upgrading it and mathing the damage bonuses from status effects and ricochet (it gets a little hazy after that). That said, Danger Rooms are almost all Gremlins + Slimes, so Shadowtech is probably the better choice for that instance even at 2* levels.

I think the Antigua lines are
I think the Antigua lines are more mobile than the Blaster line, but they deal half their damage as Piercing-- which Jellies resist. (Plus the Sentenza is 4*, placing it in Tier 3 rather than Tier 2.)
I like Shadowtech for danger rooms, personally. Autogun freezes you in place which can be deadly on the final wave when things get awfully tight, but some people manage it, and T1 danger rooms aren't too bad. I haven't used blaster, but I think it should be fine, I believe it's a relatively mobile gun letting you kite.
