Will UVs remain on item when i upgrade that item or not?
Because i want to get UV on Tempered Calibur and after some time upgrade it.

Hmm.
What was the UV, and what are you upgrading it to? Undead High basically gives you a boosted-damage CIV if you give it to a Levi.

When you craft, you can get a chance with a free UV. Very high and Maximum UV's can be obtained by crafting. It's a rare chance to obtain it. I have a Maximum Poison Resist UV on my Skolver Coat.
Otherwise, you can go to Punch and buy a UV for 20k, 2 UV's for 75k and 3 UV's for 225k, I think.

Yes, and you can also get two or three UVs at once, and some of the chances are estimated at the wiki page "Unique variant".
Very high and Maximum UV's can be obtained by crafting.
Maximum UVs can be received on armor, but not on weapons. See "Unique variant". See also "Abilities".
In short, all of this information is on the wiki, in the immediate vicinity of the page "Crafting". The treatment there is more complete and more reliable than almost all forum posts that you're going to see. This is why searching the wiki for answers to your questions is such a good idea.
Read the wiki page "Crafting", and in particular the section "Upgrading". You can choose whether to keep the UVs you have, or throw them out and try for a new set of UVs.
