So lets start from the beginning..

Last year I woke up and I turned on my laptop to play SK and successfully sopped vana but then I went school and when I came back my laptop just wouldent turn on so after sending it to repair I knew that it was game over for that computer. Today it happened the same thing but it would actuly turn on but it wouldent show a thing but after a while I could actuly hear the starting sound of any Microsoft computer.

Did someone ever had this trouble?sorry if there is already a thread like this.

A regular virus can't just break a computer. At most, you format it and reinstall the OS.

You are experiencing a PICNIC ERROR!

In the future, it may be wise to create some rescue disks so you can boot your OS in this situation.

Another idea is to try Puppy Linux on a USB flash stick. You could boot on anything which supports USB booting, then. (Assuming the computer isn't broken outright! :P) Well, actually this method takes more expertise, but still, it's a viable method that I've used after tinkering with my system. (After? Why? I should mention I use it after I tinker my computer/laptop to the point where I screw it up and it won't boot.)

I rarely used that last laptop to surf the Internet. I mostly used it for work that wouldent require Internet or I played SK

This just happened to me too!

This just happened to me too! Did your computer completely just shut down, or did you have a chance to see it's background or start up screen..?

The first time it would just

The first time it would just not turn on and I send it to repair and the inside was fried.
the second time i couldent see the starting screen but after a while the starting sound was loud and clear. U could see the screen was on but it was a black different from the off screen.

It's not a virus, and my word of advice:

You probably shouldn't leave programs running on your computer while you're not at it (ESPECIALLY java, it consumes a lot of processor time and RAM)
That's what probably killed your computer.

You don't turn off java. Java is a programming code that some games are written in (Spiral Knights, Minecraft and Runescape are the big ones)

Games like that that are written in java take up a lot of your processer and RAM, so whenever you're not playing them, close them. (They'll be causing unnecessary strain on your computer while you're not at it if you don't)

Problem with screen.

It could be a problem with the screen or the graphics card. If the screen is turning on but black it means its getting power but no video signal. That being said it could be as simple as your graphics card is over heating and dusting the fan out might help, or it could be a more serious problem in which case you might need a new laptop.

interesting..

U might be right Hexyle, I did play minecraft for a while on both the laptops and I might not got rid of it completely..

..but Akini does have a point Cuz I remember both used to heat up alot and I don't remember ever cleaning up the fan.

Ill try cleaning the fan and finding a new battery, but I'm not sure if getting new Ram will be that easy..

I think you misunderstood me. You need java to play certain games, but you shouldn't leave them running.

Ahh...

I know this really isn't on topic but a long time ago I was in my guild's guildhall with 5 others (this was before the guild update) and I started smelling something like burnt toast, then smoke came out of my computer box, it was crazy! in the end it turned out to just be that dust on the fan was burning.

You ever consider the fact that since its a laptop that the screen wires are busted? Happend to my bro before. The computer would turn on but the screen wouldnt work, try plugging in an external monitor before you junk it.

Ok, I now get what u meant by not leaving games running and now it makes sence.

Now ill try:
-Cleaning the fan
-checking the wires
-getting a new RAM
-format the OP

And sf course ill try to get back all my documents and stuff into a flash drive.
