Havens have been destroyed by unknown entities and knights must stay safe in their guild halls or ready rooms.
000 seems to have broken havens for a while, so bug reprt.

I got a it a couple of times trying to start GitM as well. Figure it's some server outage.

Well, damn.
Prestige missions and Arcade gates can still be accessed through the Ready Room, if you use the Missions panel.
Returning to Haven by either finishing a mission or pressing the Go to Haven button gets me a black screen.

It's an old bug caused by instances failing to initialise. I had one of them a long time ago before Anniversary '11, and yeah, it's a Server-related bug. Just like when the server doesn't load the elevator locations correctly and you spawn in the middle of a level.
