I think I need to take a break from my story "The World of Praetorius" and do something small. The Knight's Lament:
My sword has seen much death,
of both enemies and friends.

Mercy and fury have been my fuel
to bring cold iron into a warm body.

But too many have been sacrificed
for causes they don't support.

Brothers and sisters have died in wars
that in the end both sides have lost.

I always hear their blood whisper to me,
"Make the world see it's error."

I do.

In my vengeance.

In my rage.

In my justice.
