Each buff step seems to be 1/14 (Please recheck, I might have "accidentallied" something) of the base and leads up to 289 max. Poison with max buff is 312. This is for the stages where he's weak to pierce.

Edit: These are individual CHARGE bullets.

Damage boosts are 4% per level. This ends up looking like a bigger number in general due to defence being linear and almost every enemy having some amount of defence against everything. According to the wiki, Blitz Needle does 272 damage to beasts. On D28, enemy base defence is about 81.5, so true damage is somewhere around 353.5. At max damage, that makes 353.5 * 124% = 438.34. You say Vanaduke takes 289, which means Vanaduke has a piercing defence of about 150. 150 is a nice, round number so I'm guessing it's that. Using this, I can make a table.

True damage: 354, 368, 382, 396, 410, 424, 439
Vana damage: 204, 218, 232, 246, 260, 274, 289

Vanaduke has 45000 hit points when you're solo.

Bullets to kill: 222, 207, 195, 183, 174, 165, 156
Minimum charges to kill: 15, 14, 13, 13, 12, 11, 11

Let's do full party while we're at it. In a full party, Vana has 45000 * 199% = 89550 HP.

Bullets to kill: 441, 412, 387, 365, 345, 327, 310
Minimum charges to kill: 30, 28, 26, 25, 23, 22, 21

Anything else?

Is there a wiki page these

Is there a wiki page with these numbers cached in tables so we don't need to put them through the algos over and over manually? Like a super page for blitz. The 1/14 is against the base damage, after taking into account monster defense. With the 204 number, it almost exactly follows 1/14 for each buff up. You're calculating with raw numbers from before the defense is taken into account, which is obviously the full way to do it.

Edit: Is there a fraction rather than an irrational number that rounds to ~1.24. We can get a higher resolution number with larger damage numbers, to extract what is below floating point out.

I mean, is it confirmed to be

I mean, is it confirmed to be exactly 1.24 or is it still irrational, or is that just a margin of error issue.

For every weapon I've checked, it's been 24%.

Since I have checked every weapon, we're pretty certain about this.
