Hello! This is my first time being the mod of a roleplay. Just saying. Anyhow, I'll move on to what this roleplay is about.
This roleplay is set in the same Spiral Knights world we all know and love, with the exception that this will be an ARENA roleplay, meaning that the accepted applicants can only duel within the arena. Let me explain it better:

-This is an arena roleplay, meaning that you only post about your battle with someone else. It's like a normal roleplay, with the exception that you are describing a fight with another accepted guy in an arena.

Human Appearance: light skin, shoulder-length golden hair, blue eyes, lean & muscular build, moderately youthful face (mid-thirties), clean-shaven
Personality: He's a cheeky fellow, cracking jokes at opportune moments and flirting with the ladies at every opportunity. He does have a sense of honor, however, and is known for giving his opponents second-chances. As a warrior, he is almost without parallel, being a top member of the Rose Order and an expert fencer. His fighting style is athletic and acrobatic, based mainly on speed and surprise.

Backstory: Back on Isora, Arthur was a Solid Cobalt knight serving with the Azure Guardian Legions. His father served in the Isoran Revolution, and his family has a history of nobility and swordsmanship. Arthur was not about to change that legacy. When the Skylark embarked on its journey to explore new world, Arthur signed up. During the journey, he was credited with many acts of heroism and valiance, including his incredible disarmament of the Star Dragon and the appeasement of Megalodon, the Great Sea Lord. When the Skylark was inexplicably pulled to Cradle, his assistance was crucial in getting every last member aboard the escape pods. Upon his landing and retrieval, he was knighted as a member of the Rose Order and granted his Red Rose Regalia.
Soon afterwards, he claimed to have met a beautiful Valkyrie named Viviane. They fell in love and had a child, though what became of Viviane is unknown, as Arthur certainly hasn't told anyone. He is training his daughter to be an expert swordsman like himself.
His weapon, the Myrtenaster, is a multimode rapier said to have been crafted in the Core itself (though it was more likely crafted by an Almirian blacksmith). It is capable of switching between damage, stun, and fire modes, and is roughly equivalent to a 3* flourish in terms of damage. Like nearly any blade, it can be upgraded (though the name will not change).
No one knows for certain where he obtained his True Love Locket. Some say he got it from romancing a Love Puppy. If they bothered to ask him, he'd say that he got it from a certain Valkyrie.
