Allow us to choose the next depth area.

I bet this has been suggested a lot of times, but why it still should be.

Doesn't it get frustrating to wait for Arena as your next depth and waiting precious minutes?

My opinion is that once you step into the end platform the leader will vote for the area you want (If there are choices I mean).

Its so that we can get on with the next area we want. Waiting for Arena is such a hassle.

Some people don't want arenas, some don't want construction. Its that simple.

No...then everyone with any

No...then everyone with any decent brain will always pick an arena and always make a profit if they are even a little good. Plus you'll kill off the whole clockworks rotation thing. This place rotates like a gear, picking your next area isn't special at all. People who wait for the areas are just taking it like they should in this game, waiting for the clockworks to rotate to the level they want which requires TIME...y'know...like a CLOCK...

I'm fine with waiting, but

I'm fine with waiting, but there needs to be an indication of how long you need to wait before the clockworks next rotate levels.

I agree with what Pinto is

I agree with what Pinto is saying. It'd be cool if there were some clock arms spinning above the elevator to show when the rotation is going to happen. I've heard you have to wait around 7 mins max but last time I waited like 10 for the arena rotation and it just didn't happen :|

I don't think it should be a

I don't think it should be a choice, because yeh, it would make it too easy.

I think they should take one of the rotations out, though. Because it's really frustrating to sit there for an hour waiting for it to switch to arena when there are only 3 possible places it could be. Why an hour? Doesn't that seem a tad ridiculous? It's because it kept rotating the areas, and rotating which one it was on seemingly at the same time. So it completely skipped the arena 6-7 times, even though the arena was "next in line" almost every time.

And I'm pretty sure the rotations are supposed to be not in sync, so that it'll actually get to the next one within 5-7 minutes. But then change after that one or something.

Still, though. I went idle three different times waiting for an arena once. And I've had it skip the arena twice when there were only two possible locations I could be going (the arena and some other level) because of this rotating crap.

I usually don't mind waiting, 'cause that lets me talk to people in my guild, or my party. And it regens a couple of mist energy (I think I actually regen'd like 5 or 6 mist energy once, yikes). But when it gets to the point where I'm sitting around doing nothing for an hour or so, it gets a bit....boring.

Ironically, once, it wouldn't rotate off of an arena. But it was a shock/fiend arena in Tier 3, so I really didn't want to try that, lol. But again, I'm pretty sure there were only 2 (probably 3) choices to begin with, so that it got stuck on one for half an hour seems a little unnecessary.

Allow me to attempt a summary:

OOO is making your min-max attempts too hard by requiring you to wait, instead of hand-feeding the crowns to you.

y/n?

Wow, really? Antagonizing

Wow, really? Antagonizing people for going for the obvious best choice? In a game where resistances are basically RPS?

Nope! I am antagonizing people for complaining that the worse thing they have to do in order to get the most 'bang for your buck' is /wait around/. :)

Choose? No. Clock, though? Yes, please.

Like mentioned, having the option to choose the next depth kills the purpose of having a real-time changing stage-system.

However, I do like the idea of having a timer of sorts that hints to us when it's going to change. They should be able to keep track of time, no?
