What do we do about status damage?

If you look at Ash of Agni, there are at least six categories of fire resistance below minor immunity into which monsters fall. Are we supposed to make a big table like that for every fire inflicting weapon? What about Fang of Vog, which can inflict both moderate and strong fire?

We should probably put the damage tables to minor, moderate and strong statuses on the pages for the statuses themselves, then have status weapons refer to those pages for status damage.

Status information as gathered at T3 GTH.

I agree. Put the damage tables on the status pages, rather than clogging the weapon pages with lots of redundant information.

By the way, I'm excited about this flurry of work on the wiki. I wish I could join in more actively, but real life is keeping me busy right now.

This is moving along quite fast. I also wish I could help more, there's so much to do. I've been trying to delve into what I can with the limited time I have, due to a lot of college exams that I've been having recently.

I've gathered some status-related numbers. Contributions are welcome.

I was not able to tell a difference between statuses inflicted by 4* weapons and 5* weapons, but statuses seem to be seperated into 3 tiers as well as their 3 strengths within that tier.

Furthermore, it looks like inflicting a T3 status at a lower tier just acts as the lower tiered status.

Edit: By comparing the damage of shock ticks to the damage of 3* weaponry, shock ticks seem to have a raw damage that slightly exceeds 72. I'm going to go with my intuition and assume it to be 76, the damage of strong fire.

In other words, shock is at least as strong as fire under the hood. It's only made weaker by every enemy having a bunch of elemental defence, including enemies weak to elemental.

This bears some implications for Lockdown.
