yes, 1vs1 PvP. the problem is: if you can choose your opponent, it's simple to farm. now remove the first part. you cannot choose your opponent. also, it can't be your friend nor of your guild, and it can't have your same IP adress. that should do.
now, the fee should be the same. rewards are always the same. the bribe system is ok.
the fight could be in an arena style thing (superbrawl) or in rooms with tactical advantages (LD without lobbies). spawning points are chosen randomly. it can spawn next to where you are or on the other side of the map.
no classes. should be divided in average star rating and not in tiers. now, UVs or not UVs. that is the question. obviously not UV. they would advantage too much players with them.

You forgot that One V. One would be the only thing that gets traffic (look at what happened to blast network.), health trinkets, swords would be OP against a bomb/someone who focuses on support, fast weapons would be useless against invincible frames, and if you remove it, they would be OP (blitz), lagging just a little would kill you, large maps are bad ideas for 1v1 (you didn't say this, just pointing out.), what's the score to, and the fact that due to gear unbalances, this will be unfair without any uniqueness.
