In terms of value, coats are inflating better than hats. Plus, Coats still have greater demand compared to hats.
For cleavers, these will kind of remain near the value of white/black chef coats; maybe equal to them in value at times. It kind of depends on the timing; since there are players who favor promo weapons and players who favor costumes.

Er, a solid number on which items :s?
Mighty & Frozen Cleavers are around 300kcrs - 500kcrs range.
White/Black Chef Coats are around 300kcrs - 500kcrs range.
White/Black Chef Hats have been selling around 30kcrs - 65kcrs range.
A good number of all these items have been underselling recently; so any potential inflation had been stunted. The market is in decline; many items are dropping in value due to lack of buyers. And the lack of buyers worsens every promo >.<
Can't really get into specifics since the items are still influxing in value.

Monster pockets are at 200k - 250k average at the moment. It won't really inflate until demand starts kicking in.
Like I mentioned before, the market is in a decline at the moment. So until something happens to start inflating the market; many items aren't solidly gaining value >.<
