Damage Bonus vs Elemental!

Mhm.. Would equipment with damage bonus (let's say skolver armory) be greater/nearly equal to elemental damage bonus if you had the right equipment?
For example, If i get the Levethian & were to be equipped with the Skolver set, would it rival to the Divine avenger's bonus damage against elemental monsters?
P.S. Not talking about the defensive features of the skolver set so no going off topic about how it stinks or that you shouldn't get it etc. Idk if I'll be getting the Skolver, i just want to test some theories of mine.

mhmm..well..i made the Khorovd. My equipment set are - Khorovd, Fiery Atomizer MK II, Silversix, and the Faust. Plan on getting the Skolver set & Grey Owlite shield. I have a sealed sword that i recently bought, so I might make the Divine Avenger. Yeah, that's why i didn't go for the Levi. Magnus told me the Khorovd sucks overall because of it's speed :3

You're looking at about High damage bonus to match the Elemental damage bonus from For Divine Avenger. Note that the damage bonus varies from weapon to weapon, probably because the special damage portion (Elemental, Piercing, Shadow) varies. So even though you need ~High damage bonus to match DA elemental bonus, doesn't mean you'll need High to match, say, Nightblade bonus vs a slime.
Also note that I'm talking about damage bonus. DA is a heavy weapon and Leviathan is a medium weapon, so based on damage per hit, Lev probably won't beat DA.
