Ok, first of all, excuse minor spelling mistakes as I type too fast. A friend I knew for about a month asked to have some furnishing I unboxed. A green candle and a snow block. Him being a great friend I said sure as long as he pays me back with in a week. He promised he would and a month later he still hadn't paid me and is avoiding me at all costs. He then goes asking me for 11k to buy something off of some "noob" which was in-fact my other friend who knew of how he scams. I believe his account has been put under some kind of ban (not sure). But, I'd really like to know if its possible to get any form of payment back from him or something else. To get the crowns to bid on the crates took extremely long! what do I do?!

you should ask this on Support instead the forum because GM never respond in FORUM and they will tell you that this matter its better to talk in private in support. Here ask in this link and wait for them answer you: https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail

Well, you can send a support request here, but other than that, there's really nothing else you can do. Sorry, but you can't go around trusting people on the internet like that. Chances are, you'll get scammed. Like you just were.

Anywhere from a few minutes, to an hour tops. It all depends on how busy they are.

you should explain everything not just "i just want to know if im going to get back everything if this person its banned" give them a lot of details and if they said you things that you already know let them know and detail more your concern about the matter, they also replied me back sometimes with things i already know i did and i explain them i already did what they tell me to do before contact support. so try to be more clear and detail everything you can
