This is not a dramatic change to the Lockdown we all know and love, just two minor changes.
The first change would be scaling the hearts to whatever tier a knight is playing in. Tier 1 would give one heart (as does every tier currently in Lockdown), Tier 2 would give two hearts, and Tier 3 would give three hearts. This would be essentially the same as how hearts scale to tiers in the arcade, only a guaranteed chance of getting the highest heart possible for that tier. For example, if I am playing as a guard in T3, one heart is not exactly going to make a huge difference, whereas three hearts could make a bigger difference. In T2 as a striker getting a kill would give back 1/4 of my health (I do not use health trinkets), and to me that would really a be huge difference instead of one.
The other change would be adding a healing section to the report. This would NOT include how many hearts you recovered sitting on a health pad, or hearts that you got from killing an opponent. It would be purely for guardians, and would show how much health guardians replenished for other teammates (including yourself) using the guardian shield. This would be very similar to the healing section for the medic in TF2 (Haven't played it in a long time but I'm pretty sure it is essentially what I am saying).
