Two things to speak about:
1. For Borderlands 2 players:
You know when you've just 'initiated plan B' via Scooter? He tells you to go the the Crimson Raiders' HQ, and some guy holds out a key with a blue beam of light on it (standard mission item), telling you to 'get in quick'.
Now, take that, and replace the key with a Nitronome, which I'd guess will let you into the HQ pretty quickly.

1. YES! BOOM! Though to be honest, using a Nitronome to "get in quickly" would probably also allow you to "get out of Sanctuary quickly"
