Are most of the armors in this game color custom to the colors you choose at the beginning? If not then which ones are?

Uh...
You personal color is applied to parts of some armors, and your eyes.
The colors you picked for your starting gear doesn't matter.
Most of them in the game are some variety of your custom colors. Watch some of the youtube clips and that'll help ya get an idea. Otherwise, you'll just have to get your 1st knight to haven (which you should do quickly anyway) and then hangout around the arcade and look at everyones stuff :)
