Mad Bomber isn't OP because Chaos does everything it does...and better.
Chaos isn't OP because you have to have a good amount of skill not to die in it. Catches on fire and gets shocked at the same time, and rapidly gets burnt to a crisp while flinching from the shock.

As the self proclaimed god of inanimate objects with eyebrows, one of my many silly duties involves murdering people by comedy.
