the addition of the image of the gear to the recipe is good but i just cant read what are the required mats for the recipe anymore. which i have to go to the net to look for it. ahhh so annoying. is there anyway to fix this? ive already increase the resolution but still cant get to read the mats....

Press F5 (In-game obviously).
Press F5 (In-game obviously). It will come up with the recipes that you have and materials needed. etc.

not the materials.
for 5*stuff, with all the upgrade paths, it should be useful to know the name of the thing you upgrade it from. since some names change drastically (snarby set, especially shield and sword).
this was going to be a sarcastic post, but it's actually serious.

Oh I get what you're saying now, how people don't know the names of the upgrades. I checked the wiki when I was crafting my gear, since I wanted to make the most informed decision possible. By the way, the Snarby weapon was a bad example: Both the lines have the word "Thorn/Barb" all the way through their upgrade trees. Try memorizing both the Troika lines though. That s*** is cray cray.

re-check snarby. there is a name leap on 3-4* change on all token gear (twisted snarble barb- dark thorn blade, or twisted targe- dark thorn shield.

Troika names are another thing that took me a while to learn. Well, I haven't learned them, but I can remember which fork they belong to when I see the names. I never had trouble recognising names of the Snarble stuff myself, but even after playing for months and months I still have a tendency to get Polaris and Supernova mixed up, which I blame the Nova Driver for. Speaking of that, I keep forgetting about Hail Driver and thinking Storm Driver is the Freeze one, and Nova Driver the Shock one. > < I've got my drivers sorted out now, though. Insert the disc that came with the mainboard first, then the one for the video card, then the other peripherals. Armor is just a big mess for me, but I can attribute that to my not paying attention.

Sarble Barb, Twisted Sarble Barb, Dark Thorn Blade, Barbarous Thorn Blade.
The shields are the wack ones.
A sad way to "fix" it is just reading the recipe on the wiki instead of in-game.
