I heard that wolver tails were on advertised to drop in the box? I read some where in the secret GM forum that its only in featured AH :O

At the rate of opening lockboxes, you could've bought a few.
And raising the box rate opening on Wolver Tails would be nice for people who don't have one. But say for the people who spent their money on it, or people who are selling it. It'd be a little annoying. When they could have just waited for something like this to happen. And bought it for cheaper.

Read between the lines. New players are given access to a certain group of accessories in the knight creation process - what that really shows us is the system confirming what we already knew, that those particular accessories are worthless junk filling up most of the boxes. Along with heat amps, exponential revive costs and the supply depot, lockboxes are designed to burn money from a certain group of players - monthly subscribers (CE buyers). Anything that eats huge gobs of CE is not intended for use by anyone else. This is why accessories are not craftable, they are not meant to be accessible to everyone.

I have no idea how big the monthly subscriber group is, but it must be big enough that plain old CE sipping freeloaders, *ahem* that is to say, free 2 players are not welcome to certain aspects of the system.
