Hello people, i'm just wondering is this loadout suitable for FSC
Helm: Divine veil/grey feather (i have miracle)
Amour: Vog/skolver (which one)
Sheild: Barb thorn (i already have Dark thorn)
Swords: Voltedge, Glacius or Levithian Blade (already have Levi)
Gun: Polaris/ AP/ should i continue the Blitz line??!
Bomb: None.
Trinkets: tri-heart pendant x2?
Depends on how good you are. Vog provides better protection but you'll deal less damage compared to skolver.
And at least one of the heart pendants could be replaced for even more damage boosts too (slash/quick draw modules)
You'll have to determine your own balance between damage and life.
3* for blitz, i'd rather life than DMG, due to the fact that boltbrand/voltedge deal like 700-900 dmg altogether. Also still stuck, what to make Vog or Skolver??!?
P.S. i have 3 weapon slots (and i can make shiver mist)
I don't understand why you've chosen these particular items. For example, is there some reason why you're considering Voltedge and Glacius, but not Combuster? Or Divine Avenger? Do you already have Vog Cub and Skolver, and you're just trying to pick one to equip? Or are you planning to craft one or the other? Do you have any other offensive trinkets? Have you done FSC already?

Im fully 4*/5* (only levithian blade and a few trinkets), I am not even considering the Divine avenger or Combuster because they arent my kind of weapon, as I said before I wish to craft this set for the future. I have indeed done Vanaduke multiple times due to the fact that I have a Blackened crest. All im wondering is what weapons/gear I should craft for the future/ and for FSC.
@ Bopp - Teh gear I have: Miracle hood, Dusker cap, Sinister skelly suit, Ash Tail coat, Blackened Crest, Dark Thorn shield, Blizz Brand, Bolt Brand, Faust, Dark Thorn blade, Levithian Blade, Gigawatt pulsar, antigua, blaster, needle shot and Freezing vaporizer mk2, some random health trinkets... *sigh*
As i said multiple time :P im just wondering which sets i should craft for the future... :P
Elemental sword: You say that Combuster is not your kind of weapon, but Voltedge and Glacius are? Do you know that these three weapons are identical except for the status of their charge attack? And that Combuster is arguably the best of them, even in FSC? (See my sword guide.)
Hmm. I wrote out some other responses, but all of this has been discussed to death in this and other threads. Try searching Google for "spiral knights forum FSC". Or read the other FSC gear thread that's currently going on. In short, a good set for you might be Chaos Cowl, Vog Cub Coat, Barbarous Thorn Shield, Combuster, Blitz Needle, and maybe Shivermist Buster.
I posted on a similar topic so here is my set and my opinion.v
Helmet: Snarbolax Cap (Medium Normal) for Shadow deff and a Sword DMG Medium
Armor: Divine Mantle (Medium Normal, Low Piercing) for Fire resistance and Shadow and Elemental
Shield: Crest of Almire for Shadow and fire resistance
Sword: Combuster (I know a fire weapon in FSC but when I crafted I went for overall and I think setting mobs on fire is a great plus) it's fast and has 3 hits. I had a DA but simply wasn't my sword
Gun: Blitz Needle (not just for Vana) it think it's very useful for Trojans since the charge 1 shot kills them
Bomb: Shivermist Buster obviously for freezing if there is another shiver I go with gun
Trinket: none but I would get a Sword DMG and maybe Gun/Bomb CTR
Now your gear
Divine veil: for Fire resistance and Shadow and Elemental plus got a Fiend Medium
Vog Cub Coat: fire resistance and elemental deff
Shield: that kinda sucks for Vana the + DMG is good but isn't worth in my opinion go for a Shadow deff one (Dread Skelly Shield or if you can get tokens go for Crest of Almire)
Sword: Well simply go for Glacious.
Gun: Polaris is good for FSC but if you do Vana go for Blitz it will be a big help for your group
Bomb: isn't necessary but if you have a Shiver in your group Vana will be very easy
Trinkets: no need for the hearth trinket go for a Sword DMG one first and a Gun charge if you get the Blitz else go Sword charge
I suggest you craft the Divine veil, as it has shadow defense and neat little fiend medium.
It looks like you should get the skolver, as you swords benefit the most from damage bonus.
Question, how far are you in the blitz line?
You should definitely get the blitz since you have no piercing weapons.
I also suggest some CTR or DMG trinkets, but health isn't bad.
I would use this loadout:
Divine Veil
Skolver Coat
Voltedge
Blitz Needle
Barb thorn
Sword DMG trinket
Sword CTR trinket
