You remove the losing team's weapons and allow the winning team to enter the losing team's spawn. How do you make that more "knighty"?

I guess, otherwise Recons would just hide forever and Strikers would be impossible to catch.
Perhaps all players on the losing side be inflicted with stun.

There's this small "sweating" animation. Just make it permanent.
It doesn't have to be as fancy as TF2, and it could happen after chosing to play again, while everyone waits for the next match.
