The latency is killing me but I tried adapting to it. At some point I just cannot tolerate how bad it is to experience latency issue every time I play. I am pretty sure I am not the only here playing outside USA/Europe region because this game is quite known to all players around the world.

I have tried playing other versions of SK (Hong Kong) but honestly, I would never want to leave this version with all my friends, equipment and energy just because of the latency. I thought if it is possible for the developer to make one since we have a lot Asian players here so, why not?

Let me tell you why not.

3O have pass the rights to Asian market to the their partner (gamecyber) and they won't be happy to be backstabbed with another 3O server in Asia. Also 3O must have their own reason why they cant build their own asian server in the first place.

You can make your choice now, no need to wait.

OOO won't make an Asian Server. Why? Because they aren't capable of doing that, and don't have enough money to do this. And the last reason is:
You can't just open a server in Eastern Asia, you aren't the only one lagging here. Russians, Western Asians, South Africans, Australians, South Americans also lag, and you can't open a server for each one of them nor you can make a server for only one region.

Plus... I really dislike how some Asians complain about lag when there is a solution for them, yet with disadvantages. Be glad that you have something to do, unlike us here...

oh, it's this thread again.
look, if they could, they probably had already done it. to me, it's not that they don't want, they can't.
