Happened to be looking through my inventory and felt the need to break out my Electron Vortex. Its been a while since I used the thing and noticed that it doesn't have a chance to Shock anymore. I looked through a couple recent patch notes but didn't see anything about it being changed.
How long has it been like this?

The problem with the Suda is it actually doesn't have the chance to stun, at least not on the second hit. They never put it back after fixing stun T.T
Oh no, the Electron Vortex most certainly shocks. The problem is, you see, is that it never had the info-bubble stating that it does have a chance to shock, or indeed how often or how powerful a shock it inflicts. There are also other weapon infos that have the same lack of information, such as the Sudaruska.
