@Stelli

Satellite C845D

OS: Windows 8 x64
Processor: 1.3 (I wouldn't care about the processor, TF2 has no stuttering and sort of smooth frame rate than SK :< )
RAM: 4.0 (3.6 usable)
Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 6310

forgot to mention that it's a laptop :<.

is it dual core?
btw I searched your computer up. it should be a dual core 1.3ghz processor with a integrated graphics card.
Windows 8 is not exactly the best OS for a relatively slow laptop.
First:
64bit java. use ittttt
Create extra.txt, put the following.
-server
-Xms3G
-Xmx3G
-d64
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Defrag your computer ;o
prioritize SK
close other applications
lower game resolution
play fullscreen
make sure your laptop is cooled down
actually, i find my laptop
actually, i find my laptop specs to be to be just hanging in there:
CPU : core i7 3740QM
GPU : NVIDIA GT 650M
RAM : 16GB 1333 Mhz
Using Corsair SSD for OS and SK
I suggest toggling your graphics to Low, use Compatibility Mode and untick every other option, antialiasing level x1
No offence but your computer is Poo. Your using windows 8 which is your first problem because windows 8 does not like to do actual gaming. Don't ask me why i've just researched the topic and have had friends who have actually downgraded to 7 because of that.
Your processor is below average (just because TF2 works on it doesn't mean that everything else will. TF2 is a super optomized game that will pretty much work installed in a toaster as well as a Super PC so don't use that as an example.) I can't really suggest you get a new one since you said that its in a laptop. Anyway its all about the GHz, the higher the better.
Your graphics card however is pretty good.
If your laptop is only 4Gb of RAM then you might want to increase that. If your graphics card is integrated it will use RAM space that is meant for processing for Graphic rendering which will decrease how much RAM you will have available, this will cause longer loading times and twitchy gameplay.
If your using the web based launcher (as mentioned above) you may want to use 64 bit java. If your using steam then its a bit more difficult to edit the game to use it and from my personal experience, if you don't know what your doing, don't do it. Steam's In game overlay only currently works in 32 bit version of java, not in 64 bit, and if you do manage to change the game files to work properly, you'll have to do that everytime the game updates. Which is a pain in the butt.
Other than that i can't really give you anymore help, as im not exceptionally good with a PC, just average. Good luck on getting your Spiral Knights to run better.
