So there I am, playing lockdown as usual, and I go into another map.
BAM! Black screen. completely black, nothing. I press the ESC button, no logoff button. I naturally close the window and pull up another SK.
SURPRISE! I log in and the screen freezes for ~1 minute, and then says "cannot connect to server". I try my alt account, instantly logs in.
I'm not able to log in for what, 15 minutes? it's really annoying, especially playing GvG because my team is counting on me.
I don't like being an unreliable player.
Any reason as to why this is happening?
Any tips, tricks, etc. to prevent it?

System and related specs:
Ubuntu 64-bit Operating system
2.1ghz dual-core AMD
Intergrated graphics chip
4GB ram
Added an extra.txt file including the Xmx, Xms, server, and some other flags.
Java 7 64 bit

Help, this is really annoying.

Greetings,

Is this a one-off scenario or is it consistent behavior on your computer? If it is consistent have you submitted a bug report about this? If not please do so and we'll have a look.

it used to be consistent, once or twice a day (by that time I rage quit)
now it's more like 1 or 2 times a week. I'd love to submit a bug report but in the black screen I can't do anything.

Usually if you submit a bug

Usually if you submit a bug report straight after logging in again your previous session data can still be caught and sent along in the bug report, so it can still be useful to for analysis after the fact.

so after the 15 minutes, I log in and press f2, send the bug report and send an email saying I sent it right?

That would work, or you can

That would work, or you can post here that you've sent in the bug report. I'm trying to make sure I check in here every day or two.
